All able and eligible participants at the in-person 2022 ASHA Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana, whether a presenter, attendee, exhibitor, staff, guest, or vendor, are required to be fully vaccinated.
ASHA is using the HIPAA-compliant CrowdPass service to verify vaccinations. The online process is simple, secure, and should only take you a couple of minutes. Once your vaccination is verified, you will receive a confirmation email with a verification code to enter when registering. Most verifications are completed within an hour or two, but may take up to 12 hours during busy times. Please be patient if you do not receive your confirmation right away.
If you already verified your vaccination through CrowdPass last year for the 2021 ASHA Convention in Washington, D.C., you do not need to re-verify for the 2022 Convention. When you register online, the system will pre-populate your verification code from last year.
Your vaccination verification code is unique to you and may not be shared or reused.
You will need your vaccination card on hand (or a copy/photo of it saved on your computer) so you can reference the information on it and then take or upload a picture. Accepted file formats for your upload are .png, .jpg, .jpeg, or .pdf.
If you would like to check your approval status, if you lost your confirmation email, or if you were previously verified in 2021 and need your code, you can log back in through the link above using the same email. If you have been approved, you can click the green approval icon to view your verification number.
To add your verification code to your registration, log back in through the Registration Self-Service Center.
Please contact support@crowdpass.co if you experience any technical issues with the verification process, if more than 12 hours have passed since you uploaded your vaccination information and you have not received a confirmation, or have an unusual situation (such as a non-standard vaccination card) and need assistance.
