Registration for the 2023 ASHA Convention in Boston, Massachusetts will open on August 1, 2023, 10:00 a.m., Eastern time.
ASHA has a new registration and hotel reservations service provider this year, Maritz Global Events. If you are a regular ASHA Convention-goer, you may notice a few things about the registration and housing system that are different, but we think that the transition will be mostly seamless, and that you will enjoy your experience.

The link to the online registration system will be posted on this page on August 1. To register online, you will need to log in via the ASHA website. If you are unsure of your asha.org login or ASHA account number, or need help logging into asha.org, please contact the ASHA Action Center for assistance.
If this is your first time visiting the ASHA website and you do not have an ASHA account number, you may create a new asha.org account that will automatically generate your new account number so you may register.
Complete and print the Registration Form (available August 1) and fax it to the number below, or mail it to the address below. (If you fax your registration form, please do not also mail it, or vice versa. Doing so may result in duplicate charges to your credit card.)
VISA, MasterCard, and Discover, as well as checks (made payable to ASHA), are acceptable forms of payment. Purchase orders will not be accepted. Full payment must be received in order for registration to be processed. Registration is guaranteed only after your credit card has been approved or your check has cleared. If your credit card is declined or your check is returned, ASHA reserves the right to cancel registration if an alternate approved payment is not supplied.
Please be advised that ASHA is not responsible for checks or letters lost or delayed in the mail, or fax transmittals that are not received or are illegible.
All correspondence, including your registration confirmation and receipt, will be sent to the e-mail address provided on your registration form. Those who register online will receive their confirmation and receipt via e-mail upon completion of the registration process and payment.
ASHA is committed to making the in-person Convention accessible to all individuals. If you have a disability, as identified by the Americans With Disabilities Act, and anticipate needing assistance while onsite at the Convention, please contact accessevents@asha.org. Requests for reasonable accommodations at our live events should be made as early as possible, and well in advance of the event, so we may best accommodate individual needs and requirements. We may be unable to fully respond to requests received after November 3. If you register after this date, please send an email to the address above with details about the accommodation. ASHA does not sell the contact information of Convention registrants. We do provide registrant mailing lists to exhibiting companies for their marketing purposes; their exhibitor package benefits allows them to contact you once, either before or after the event. (This does not remove you from any lists that may be managed by ASHA Marketing. To remove yourself from these lists, you must call the Action Center at 800-498-2071.)
Please be aware that if exhibitors scan the bar code on your badge during the ASHA Convention, you are agreeing to share your information with them and consenting to allow them to contact you, even if you opted out during the registration process. (Read more about the Privacy Policy.)
All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment: if paid by credit card the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 72 hours of the request. Payments made by check will be refunded as a check and may take up to 30 days AFTER the Convention to process. Donations (ASHFoundation, ASHA PAC, or Student) and ASHFoundation Fundraiser tickets are nonrefundable.
Cancellation requests for in-person registrations received before November 1 will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, prior to the Convention. Any cancellation request received after November 1 will be refunded after the Convention, less a $75 fee. ASHA Eats cards and all special event tickets are nonrefundable after November 1.
Cancellation requests for virtual-only registrations received before November 1 will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee, prior to the Convention. Any cancellation request received after November 1 will be refunded after the Convention, less a $35 fee.
The cancellation fee is a processing fee and cannot be waived.
