Registration Information

ASHA Account Number Requirement

You must have a valid ASHA account number to register. To log into the registration system, you will need the email and password associated with your ASHA account. If you do not have an account, you may create a new asha.org account that will automatically generate your new account number so you can register.

If you need help setting up your account, are unsure of your ASHA account number, or are unsure of your asha.org login, please contact the ASHA Action Center at 301-889-9836 for assistance. If you recently updated your ASHA membership type, please allow time for the registration system to accurately reflect your registration rate before you register.

Group Registration

To register a group online, have one member of your group register using the registration system. When the first group member reaches the "Review and Check Out" page, select the “Add Group Registrant” button to add additional registrations, then repeat the process for the rest of your group. You will need each person's ASHA account information to create a registration for them.

When groups of 7 or more attendees from the same workplace register, they will receive the 8th registration free. The group discount applies to ASHA members, ASHA Affiliates, and NSSLHA members only. The group discount does not apply to Pre-Convention Workshops, Short Courses, or special event tickets. To receive the group discount, payment must be made in one transaction (check or credit card). The discount will be applied to the lesser registration fee. Badges will be mailed to each registrant at the address provided for the group.

Register by Mail

Complete and print either the Individual Registration Form [PDF] or the Group Registration Form [PDF] and mail it to the address below with a check or credit card information for payment. Forms MUST be mailed; registration forms with credit card payment cannot be accepted via email.

Registration Self-Service Center

Need to access or modify your registration, including adding tickets for sessions or events? Use the Registration Self-Service Center (link available after August 1).

ADA Assistance

ASHA is committed to making the in-person Convention accessible to all individuals. If you have a disability, as identified by the Americans With Disabilities Act, and anticipate needing assistance while onsite at the Convention, please indicate the area(s) in which you will need assistance when registering. After you register, an ASHA Staff member will contact you to gather more details about the accommodations you are requesting.

Requests for reasonable accommodations at our in-person events should be made as early as possible, and well in advance of the event, so we may best accommodate individual needs. We may be unable to fully respond to requests received after November 8. Onsite requests will be fulfilled to the best of our ability; however, available resources may be limited. Read more about accessibility at ASHA's in-person events.

Scooter Rentals

If you have a mobility challenge, you may rent a scooter or wheelchair through Scootaround to help you navigate the ASHA Convention.

Privacy Policy

ASHA does not sell the contact information of Convention registrants. We do provide registrant mailing lists to exhibiting companies for their marketing purposes; their exhibitor package benefits allows them to contact you once, either before or after the event. (This does not remove you from any lists that may be managed by ASHA Marketing. To remove yourself from these lists, you must call the Action Center at 800-498-2071.)

Please be aware that if exhibitors scan the bar code on your badge during the ASHA Convention, you are agreeing to share your information with them and consenting to allow them to contact you, even if you opted out during the registration process. (Read more about the Privacy Policy.)

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your registration, whether for the in-person event or the Virtual Program, we must have your request in writing. Please send all cancellation requests to our registration provider at ASHA@maritz.com.

All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment: if paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the card on record, typically within 72 hours of the request. Payments made by check will be refunded as a check and may take up to 30 days AFTER the Convention to process. Donations (ASHFoundation, ASHA PAC, or Student) and ASHFoundation Fundraiser tickets are nonrefundable.

Cancellation requests for in-person registrations received before November 1 will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, prior to the Convention. Any cancellation request received after November 1 will be refunded after the Convention, less a $75 fee. ASHA Eats cards and all special event tickets are nonrefundable after November 1. Cancellation requests made after December 7 are subject for review. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after December 15, 2024.

Cancellation requests for virtual-only registrations received before November 1 will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee, prior to the Convention. Any cancellation request received after November 1 will be refunded after the Convention, less a $35 fee.

The cancellation fee is a processing fee and cannot be waived.

Remember, cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. If you need to cancel, be sure to follow the cancellation process for both registration and hotel reservations individually.
