Author/Presenter Management Center

The Author/Presenter Management Center is your primary resource for viewing all email notifications that have been sent to you, upcoming tasks, and special instructions, as well as where you should log in to complete or update your required agreements and disclosure forms. A personalized link for the site is included in the disclosure notification each author (either presenting or non-presenting) receives after their proposal was submitted.

Call for Papers Submission Website

If you submitted a proposal but are not an author, the Call for Papers submission website allows you to view the proposals that you have submitted, as well as any related email notifications that have been sent by the system after the Call for Papers has closed.

Information for Presenters

All presenters should read the General Information for Presenters, which covers the required agreements and disclosures, general expectations for sessions offered at the ASHA Convention, accessibility guidelines, helpful tips for creating your presentation, earning continuing education credit for presenting, and more. Information and instructions specific to in-person presenters, virtual session presenters, and poster presenters will be available in July after notifications are sent.
